The BOSKA Party Raclette features a reversible grill plate made of aluminum die-cast. The flat side serves as a grill plate for flat baking. The other side has a surface that is 50% ridged. To allow all users to bake in both a grill and grill plate zone, we have centrally arranged the ridges on the plate. Ridges and flat baking for everyone!

Pans for raclette devices are often very thin and equipped with cheap plastic handles and spatulas. This is strange, as this part of the product is used the most! That's why we placed a lot of emphasis on giving the pan the look and quality of a regular pan during its development. The result is a nicely rounded pan with a solid beech wood handle and a PTFE- and PFAS-free non-stick coating.
