Birzman Brake Disc Measuring Gauge

The brake disc gauge allows for quick and precise checking of brake disc thickness and helps reliably assess the wear condition of the brake disc. This way, it can be immediately verified whether the brake disc still meets the recommended minimum thickness for safe operation. The tool features specially calibrated measuring slots for the minimum thicknesses of common brake disc manufacturers, enabling particularly easy use.

Made from high-quality CNC-machined aluminum, the Rotor Wear Indicator impresses with its lightweight, high precision, and durable quality.

Minimum thicknesses:

• Shimano® / Hope® (Ø180?205 mm): 1.5 mm
• SRAM®: 1.55 mm
• Hayes® / SRAM® HS2: 1.7 mm
• Magura®: 1.8 mm
• Tektro® & TRP® (E-bike, 2.3 mm rotors): 1.9 mm

For other brake discs, please refer to the respective manufacturer's specifications for minimum thickness.
