The support, also known as a load-bearing pole, guarantees a reliably secure hold: thanks to its extremely stable construction for up to 350 kg load capacity – depending on the size of the support and extension length – through rubberized PVC contact surfaces at the top and bottom – and through the slip protection integrated into the handle. The support can be precisely adjusted to meet requirements and securely released: by fixing it in three steps – to pre-set the ceiling support, the release button is pressed, and the telescopic inner tube is extended to the desired length. Fine adjustment is made by operating the pump lever until the support plate of the support rests against the workpiece. Then, turn the handle clockwise until the desired holding force is reached (observe maximum load capacity) – by relaxing in two steps – first, turn the ceiling support counterclockwise. Once there is no more holding force, press the release button to retract the inner tube.
