The set is available in 2 versions: with a red or black Berkel marker, depending on the color of your slicing machine.

Cloth, lubricant, disinfectant, and knife brush complete the set and enhance performance and durability.

Crush Story: from cherry tree to Crush Cherry Paper and, following the principles of the circular economy, an ecologically sustainable box was designed.

Main features:

o Ecological paper made from the creative reuse of cherries: the pits.

o FSC-certified, produced with EKOenergy, GMO-free, and contains 40% post-consumer recycled content.
