Berkelcare Cleaning Set, a set for cleaning the slicer before and after use.

Before use: For a quick clean before slicing, use the brush and the ultra-microfiber cloth without adding disinfectant.

After use: Remove residues with the brush and apply disinfectant to the cloth to begin cleaning the steel parts, the blade, and the housing.

Maintenance: Use oil as needed, applied with the appropriate nozzle, to lubricate the sliding rods and reduce wear.
