Transmission with versatile configuration options

The SCX10 III transmission can be configured in a number of ways. When using a 2-channel remote control, you can use one gear of the transmission. When using a 3-channel remote control and an additional micro servo, you also have one gear and the DIG function at your disposal. The DIG function enables the rear axle to be locked via the transmitter, allowing you to drive in a tighter turning radius. A configuration as a "pure" 2-speed gearbox (without DIG function) is also possible with a 3-channel transmitter. However, if you want to use the 2-speed gearbox and at the same time want to have the option for the DIG function, you need a 4-channel remote control and a total of two micro servos.

crawler

Crawlers are the right models to steer as precisely as possible through rough terrain. In places where other vehicles have already failed, a crawler is just beginning to demonstrate its capabilities. It doesn't matter whether it's rocks, ponds, sand or deep earth - the crawler meets every challenge. The naming comes from the English verb «to crawl», which means something like «crawl» in German. With his all-wheel drive, he crawls slowly but unstoppably towards his destination.

brushed motor

A brushed motor convinces above all with its simple construction and the resulting ease of maintenance. In addition, the brushed motor is significantly cheaper to buy than the brushless motor. Due to the friction of the brushes, however, wear is high, which means that the service life and speed are limited.

ARTR ? Almost Ready to Run

ARTR models are pre-built models that are ready to use almost out of the box. In contrast to RTR models, you need additional accessories here before the model is ready for use.

You have the basic knowledge and have the necessary experience and suitable tools to correctly wire your model yourself if necessary and to put it into operation safely.

Required for completion: rechargeable battery (1x), batteries for the transmitter, charger. A 4-channel remote control with receiver and 2 micro servos are required for the optional function of the 2-speed gearbox and the DIG rear axle lock.
