The ATEN VP2120 Seamless Presentation Switch integrates video matrix switching, AV streaming, audio mixing, and collaborative features into a compact device. With one HDMI input, two HDMI outputs, and four bidirectional streaming channels, the VP2120 enables collaboration with BYOD for more efficient and productive meetings in small to medium-sized conference rooms.

With the VP2120, participants can wirelessly join meetings from laptops and smartphones, making collaboration faster and easier than ever before. Simply log in and start sharing your presentation content via the web GUI or the ATEN Video Presentation Control App on any Apple or Android mobile device.

• Simultaneous bidirectional multistreaming

Accelerate collaboration through bidirectional streaming of content from up to 4 participants simultaneously. Click the start sharing button to stream presentation content from your laptop or mobile device, or go live to stream presentation content in real-time to participants in different rooms or on separate floors.

• Flexibility with quad view and automatic layout

The built-in multiview mode allows the display of up to 4 streamed sources in quad view on a single screen and can dynamically adjust its layout to the number of available sources. Participants can select a streaming input source to enlarge and display it in full screen, enhancing the flexibility of spontaneously adapting the presentation to the needs of fast-paced discussions.

• Instant chatroom sharing

The chatroom enhances interaction and information exchange among participants. Participants can chat with each other instantly or send files to all participants at once, ensuring everyone is on the same page and has access to important information for the meeting.
