ASP handcuff model Sentry, steel joint - 1 Pawl
The new Sentry handcuffs, here the hinged version, have a frame that is rigid and incredibly strong, yet lightweight. Forging - as opposed to the stamped steel parts of other restraints - also eliminates rough or sharp edges; the smooth, rounded Sentry frame is more ergonomic and safer for the officer and the restrained person.
The geometry of the shackle adapts to a wider range of wrists, and the flat contact surface improves application speed and accuracy. The stirrups are also strongly rounded to prevent injuries
Double-sided, one-sided rotating keyways: Sentry Cuffs also feature keyways on both sides of each frame, and both the primary lock and double lock are released by turning the key in one direction. Double locks can be released and re-engaged with the key without loosening the cuff brackets, allowing for safe and easy adjustment. All these features make putting on and removing the cuffs quicker and easier.
And then there's the price. After several years of development, testing and refinement, you get Sentry handcuffs at an exceptional price. Genuine premium quality ASP handcuffs that are affordable for any officer, agency or security company.
