Inside the retro-style packaging lies a true barista tool. Precise temperature control, adjustable electronic pre-infusion, shot clock, portion control electronics for two sizes, a professional portafilter, and externally accessible brew pressure regulation provide everything needed for the optimal extraction of high-quality espresso.
