The transfer paper is a specialty paper for printing on white or light-colored cotton textiles.
- Application:|1. Print the image in reverse on the white, unprinted side of the paper.|2. Preheat the iron to the highest temperature.|3. Cut out the printed image with about a 5 mm border and place it face down on the smoothly ironed textile.|4. For ironing, use a smooth, hard surface like a tabletop, which should be protected with a sturdy fabric layer, such as two to three wrinkle-free kitchen towels or pillowcases.|5. Iron the image with constant circular motion, applying strong, even pressure and heat distribution without steam for 60 – 90 seconds for small designs (1/2 page) or 90 – 120 seconds for large designs on the textile.|6. Allow the transfer paper to cool and gently pull the backing paper away from the textile with even pressure. Transfer multiple subjects to the front and back of the textile: First, iron all images and only then remove all backing papers (when cold).
- Tip: If the print result is unsatisfactory, the ink application should be reduced. To do this, increase the brightness in the settings by about +10%.
