The all-rounder combines all three technologies (Internet/DAB+/FM) and offers an impressive sound thanks to its two speakers and stylish yet elegant housing. It can receive over 25,000 internet radio stations worldwide and around 300 German DAB+ stations. The high-resolution color display allows for the display of images and graphics (slideshow in DAB+ mode). The operation via smartphone using DLNA home networking through the corresponding app is particularly convenient – you can also easily play your own music from your phone through the DR 884. Additionally, with this trendy hybrid device, streaming music from smartphones and playing music files from a PC is possible. As a radio alarm clock with a sleep timer function, the DR 884 looks great on the bedside table, and the dimmer ensures that the display brightness is always adjusted accordingly.
