WITT eGnite is an electric pizza oven with intelligent temperature monitoring for both indoor and outdoor use. The oven features two integrated sensors to monitor the ambient temperature and stone temperature, ensuring stable and consistent baking results. The top-mounted carbon heating technology with a power of 2400 watts allows for rapid heating, reaching temperatures of up to 400 °C in just 11 minutes. Selected pizza varieties are ready to bake in only 9 minutes. The compact design is intended for use on kitchen countertops and is suitable for kitchens, patios, or balconies. Operation is via a responsive touch interface with 6 preset pizza modes and additional manual control. The electric pizza oven is IPX4 rated for splash protection and features insulation to ensure consistent power output.
