Tilta Dual Motor Kit Nucleus Auto Focus Adapter (E to PL)

This autofocus adapter bridges the gap between classic manual cinema lenses and modern autofocus workflows.

It was designed for seamless integration with the wireless lens control systems Nucleus-M II and Nano II, transforming manual cinema lenses into responsive autofocus lenses.

The E-Mount to PL-Mount adapter utilizes phase detection autofocus data directly from the sensors of compatible cameras like the Sony FX3, FX30, or FX6, translating this data through the Nucleus ecosystem into precise, motor-driven focus movements. It is compatible with Sony's Alpha and FX series up to the FX6.

The result is a reliable autofocus performance that fully leverages features like face detection and eye tracking while maintaining the familiar manual control of professional lenses.

An integrated lens profile library eliminates the need for calibration with supported lenses; just select and go. For unsupported or specialty lenses, manual calibration allows users to create and save new profiles directly on the adapter.

A key feature is the instant AF/MF override: users can manually intervene at any time and return to autofocus by simply releasing. Note: This feature is currently only available with the Nucleus-M II FIZ hand controller.

When using two wireless motors, the aperture can be electronically controlled via the camera.

Important: Due to the lockable E-Mount, the product is not compatible with the Burano or FX9.
