The spider brothers Roberto and Klaus rope their sister Spinderella on the thread down to deep, where on the forest floor the ant trails run. There, the spider girl mixes up the ant marathon, the winner of which determine the players during the game. While each player tries to bring his three ants to the finish first, Spinderella catches the eager crawlers of the competitors from above. For this she has to succeed in getting in touch with the little marathon runners.
A mobile, hollowed-out piece of bark, which serves as an umbrella to the ants, thus becomes the hard-fought trophy of the termites. However, ants are not only safe but also blocked in their forward motion. On each turn, three dice and the active player decide whether to move spiders or ants, and maybe the bark piece. Anyone who grabs a foreign ant with Spinderella's help sends it back to the start and may even (in turn) move its own ant forward. The winner is who (first) has brought his three ants to the finish.
Elected the children's game of the year 2015 Justification of the jury:
There is a lot going on down on the forest floor - and above it too. The double-bottomed magnetic-force mechanism attracts players magically. The author Roberto Fraga takes the classic running game to a new level. The lurking spider directly above the ant trap provides a permanent tingling sensation. Do I annoy the teammates with her? Or do I bring my ants to the safe destination? This enthralling game principle, the great material is subordinated at any time. It is not a gimmick. Content: - 1 ant runner (playable on both sides!)
