The rotisserie is suitable for preparing chicken, spit-roast, gyros, and other grilled foods on all Allflame models. The sturdy 6-sided skewer made of stainless steel can hold up to 10 kg and is complemented by 4 robust holders for securely fixing the food. With a rotation speed of about 3 turns per minute, the rotisserie evenly distributes the juices, ensuring a crispy outer layer and a juicy interior. The electric motor can be powered by mains electricity or battery and operates with a power supply of 230 V/50 Hz. The rotation direction goes from bottom to top, ensuring reliable and even rotation.
