KS Rage-i 2.0 Vario Seatpost – More Travel, More Control, More Service Friendliness

The KS Rage-i 2.0 builds on the proven Rage platform and has been specifically enhanced. With adjustable extension speed, optimized installation height, and improved service concept, it offers a reliable and high-performance solution for trail, all-mountain, and enduro bikes.

A key upgrade is the integrated Schrader valve located under the saddle clamp, allowing air pressure—and thus extension speed—to be individually adjusted. This lets the seatpost be perfectly tuned to riding style and application. Regardless of riding style or body position, the seatpost smoothly lowers into the desired position with 37% less effort compared to the previous version.

Thanks to the new Self-Purging System, the seatpost can regenerate itself if air and oil mix. If the post feels soft or spongy, simply cycle it manually through its travel several times to restore full function—no tools or disassembly required. Maintenance has also been significantly simplified: the new screw-in seal head enables faster and easier service work.

With an optimized design featuring a shortened mast and more compact actuator, the Rage-i 2.0 also offers an improved drop-to-length ratio. This means more travel at the same overall length and better compatibility with modern frame geometries.
