The warranty from Dyson takes effect from the date of purchase of the device and is valid for the country in which the device was purchased. Your legal rights, especially your warranty rights (liability for defects), remain unaffected by the warranty.

In case of a warranty claim, Dyson covers all labor, replacement parts, and shipping costs due to production or material defects. At Dyson's discretion, either a free repair of the device or a replacement of the device or defective parts with new or equivalent parts will be performed (if a replacement part is no longer produced or not available from stock, Dyson will replace it with an equivalent part).

Please note that the following damages are excluded from the manufacturer's warranty:

·         Normal wear and tear. This includes wear parts such as filters, brushes, hoses, and cables.

·         Accidental damage.

·         Removing blockages.

·         Errors caused by:

o    Improper handling, negligence in use, external force, and/or lack of maintenance.

o    Handling contrary to the usage specified in the user manual.

o    Using the device outside of normal household use.

o    Using parts that were not assembled or installed according to Dyson's instructions.

o    Using accessories and parts not recommended by Dyson.

o    Faulty assembly or installation not performed by Dyson.

o    Repair attempts, unauthorized manipulation, opening, or technical modification of the device by you or unauthorized third parties.
