The CCM683 is a true high-performance in-ceiling speaker. The speaker features a 200mm woofer/midrange driver with a woven blue aramid fiber cone midrange and an aluminum tweeter in a round die-cast enclosure. The tweeter housing pivots so that the treble response is off-axis and the die-cast chassis provides additional rigidity resulting in clearer, faster bass. The speaker also features a three-position EQ switch for better off-axis response. The blue aramid fiber cone ensures the device is well hidden behind the grille, but still produces remarkably clear and dynamic sound.
