Our tips for successfully growing your lovageLovage leaves can be harvested throughout the growing season, preferably before the plant begins to flower. Young leaves tend to be more tender and have a milder flavor. To harvest the leaves, cut the stems close to the base with scissors. Alternatively, you can gently pluck individual leaves. Be careful not to remove more than one-third of the leaves from a single plant to ensure continuous growth.
