The housing and wheel are made of high-quality plastic. The floor-protecting soft running surface is made of thermoplastic elastomer. The innovative table extension castor is sunk into a hole on the underside of the table leg and enables very heavy, solid extension tables to be extended and reduced quickly and easily without being visually dominant. Application: By lifting the table slightly, the castor is pressed out of its housing by a spring mechanism, locks into place and the table top can be extended on moving table legs without great effort. As soon as the table has reached the desired position, the castor engages again by pressing lightly on the tabletop ? the table is now stable, the castor is retracted and no longer visible. If the table needs to be reduced in size again, simply lift the tabletop slightly, the castor is ready for use again and the table legs can be moved. Once the table has been reduced in size, it can be brought back into a stable position by pressing lightly on the table top. The table castor is equipped with a soft running wheel and thus protects sensitive floor surfaces such as parquet or laminate from dents, scratches and streaks during movement.
