Metallkraft MBS 105

The MBS 105 is ideal for sawing steel, aluminum, copper, PVC and Teflon. With the stepless, electronic speed control of 30-80 m/min is a material fair and gentle cutting possible. The device is particularly low vibration and wear thanks to special gear with two large gears made of hardened steel. Cuts with an accuracy of max. 0.3 mm progression on 100 mm cutting length are guaranteed - each machine is individually tested for precision in Italy before delivery. The low speed DC drive motor with carbon brushes is designed to last up to 10 times longer. Electronic temperature and amp draw monitoring protects against major damage. The cast iron band wheels with ground tread without rubber pads, are suitable for dry and wet cutting. The solid die-cast aluminum saw bow (readjustable from MBS 125) makes transport safer in addition to good cutting performance. Two movable, adjustable saw blade guides with metal chip wipers are also part of the functional scope. Other features: particularly stable base plate with non-slip feet, very service-friendly as components are very easily accessible, including material stop and bi-metal saw band M42 Z6 - 10. Without rubber pads, thus suitable for cutting with coolant (saw band does not slip off), saw band tension adjustable at the front via hand wheel, double adjustable saw band guides instead of only one, chip wiper made of metal instead of felt, thus no wear, miter angle exactly adjustable and readable on scale, infinitely variable speed control from 30 - 80 m/min.
