The Electric Meat Grinder Pro by Gastroback is used for chopping meat (raw or cooked) and soft vegetables. They prepare the ingredients accordingly and then fill them in through the hopper. The snail pushes the ingredients against the rotating cross knife. Knife and screw are powered by a powerful electric motor with 1000 watts. Through the presented perforated disc, the finished product exits automatically.

The device is maintenance-free and easy to operate. An overload protection ensures that the engine can not overheat. All parts of the appliance that come into direct contact with food can be removed, disassembled and cleaned in a warm dishwashing solution in a few simple steps. Tools are not required for this.
