For serving and keeping freshly boiled eggs warm, we offer you exclusive warming sand in which the breakfast eggs can be perfectly presented at the buffet and kept warm. The eggs retain their heat for a long time and your guests can enjoy fresh, warm breakfast eggs. The German granite chippings with a fine grain have an enormously high heat capacity - the granular stones are preheated in the oven and then only release this heat very slowly into the environment. They are therefore an excellent heat transfer medium. There is no sticking, as with thermal salt, and the eggs can be removed cleanly. Tip: One pack is enough to fill two thirds of a GN 1/1 65 mm tray.
