Description

Thermal switch for heating controllers.
Stop guessing when using third-party heating bands and enhance your energy efficiency with the Celestron thermistor for smart DewHeater controls.
This accessory allows the Smart DewHeater Controller (sold separately) to deliver just the right amount of heat for your telescope's corrector without wasting battery.
Here's how it works:
Connect the heating band to your telescope and place the sealed probe tip of the thermistor under the heating band.
Connect each wire to its corresponding terminal on the Smart DewHeater control.
NOTE: This switch is not needed for the Celestron Dew Heating Ring as it already has a built-in thermistor.
