Benq Monitor PD2725U

The BenQ PD2725U is an ultra-high resolution monitor for professional users in the graphics, CAD and creative sectors. It delivers very high color fidelity with 10-bit color depth and 100% sRGB and Rec.709 color space coverage. Use one of the three display modes (darkroom, CAD / CAM, animation) to accentuate certain image details and to facilitate editing, visualization and creation.

The display modes in detail

The darkroom mode adjusts the brightness and contrast of the images in order to display details more clearly and sharply, thus making it easier to work in darkened post-processing rooms. The CAD / CAM mode offers very high contrast to emphasize lines and edges in technical illustrations and wireframe models. Animation mode, in turn, enhances detail in dark shades so that you can easily fine-tune your animated creations while leaving areas where the function is not needed unchanged.

?Hotkey Puck? and ? isplay Pilot ?software

You will find the «Hotkey Puck» in the scope of delivery. This is a wired remote control that makes navigating the on-screen menus faster and easier. You can assign frequently used functions to its buttons as you wish. With the ? isplay Pilot »software there are additional, interesting possibilities: For example, the desktop can be partitioned in order to display software content in any proportions. With ? ualView »you also have the option of using different display modes in the individual partitions.

A maximum of ergonomics

The Ergostandfuss allows great freedom in the monitor alignment: Adjust it in height, turn it to the left and right, tilt it up and down or rotate it by 90 ° in portrait format. The most comfortable monitor alignment for any activity is just a flick of the wrist away. The VESA mounting interface also gives you the option of mounting the monitor directly on a wall or using the monitor with special brackets.

Interface diversity and KVM switch system

In addition to three digital video inputs and an integrated USB hub, the PD2725U has some special features in terms of connectivity: A Thunderbolt 3 connection, connected to a corresponding notebook, serves as a practical all-in-one solution for the transmission of video signals, Data and power (up to 65 W).
