The TOGU seatball ABS is an air-filled and space-safe therapy and training ball with ABS anti-burst system. The material Crylon is odorless and very resistant (up to 500 kg / with guaranteed space safety in the case of damage to the outer skin up to 120 kg). The product is latex-free and contains no forbidden emollients (according to EU Directive 2005/84 / EC).

The seatball strengthens your abdominal, back and trunk musculature by means of safe, effective and dynamic back and stability training. In addition, the ball can help prevent or alleviate back pain by sitting upright and moving. It also provides for improved coordination and better balance.

During the sitting on the ball an upright body is automatically taken. At the same time, the pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles are used again and again to balance the body. In case of damage caused by objects such as sharp edges, needles, glass splitter, scissors, etc., the material of the ball skin prevents a sudden tearing open. The air passes slowly through the hole. A burst is excluded and injuries due to an unexpected fall are avoided.
