Thermal Grizzly from Hamburg is a new German brand that is committed to the fight against high temperatures and poor heat transfer. The aim is to supply the overclocker scene with high-performance thermal management products, which are still a weak point - but the product portfolio can also be used for better and quieter cooling of gaming computers, workstations, mini PCs and many other purposes. In addition to higher clock rates, better thermal management products enable quieter cooling and a longer service life for the components to be cooled.
The Kryonaut thermal compound is the spearhead of this. As its name suggests, it is ideally suited for low-temperature cooling systems such as nitrogen or compressor cooling - but it feels just as comfortable between a CPU and an air or water cooler. Aluminum and tin oxide components are embedded in a carrier structure, which optimally compensate for unevenness on the surfaces of the heat source and heat sink and offer outstanding thermal conductivity. Unlike many competitor products, the Kryonaut does not dry out even at 80 degrees Celsius.
The Kryonaut heat-conducting paste is supplied as a 1-gram syringe with two applicators. With the help of these applicators, a 27 x 27 mm area can be coated with a drop of paste about 3 mm in size, so the syringe is sufficient for about 3 applications and is therefore particularly suitable for users who assemble their PC once and then do not tinker with it any further.
