In the event of a warranty claim, please contact Dyson GmbH, Lichtstr. 43 b, 50825 Cologne. The Dyson warranty comes into force on the date of purchase of the appliance and applies to the country in which the appliance was purchased. Your statutory rights, in particular your warranty rights (liability for defects) remain unaffected by the guarantee.

In the event of a warranty claim, Dyson will bear all labor, spare parts and transportation costs due to manufacturing or material defects. At Dyson's option, either the appliance will be repaired free of charge or the appliance or the defective spare parts will be replaced with new parts or parts as good as new (if a spare part is no longer in production or not available from stock, Dyson will replace it with an equivalent part).

- Please note that the following damages are excluded from the manufacturer's warranty:
- Normal consumption/wear and tear. This includes wearing parts such as filters, brushes, hoses and cables
- Accidental damage
- The removal of blockages.
- Faults caused by:
- Improper handling, negligence in use, external use of force and/or neglected maintenance.
- Handling contrary to the use described in the operating instructions.
- Use of the appliance outside normal domestic use.
- The use of parts that have not been assembled or installed in accordance with Dyson's instructions.
- Use of accessories and parts not recommended by Dyson.
- Incorrect assembly or installation not carried out by Dyson itself
- Attempted repair, unauthorized tampering, opening or technical modification of the appliance by you or unauthorized third parties.
