- Handmade in Sweden. The Ankarsrum Assistant Original is handmade and assembled in the well-known industrial town of Ankarsrum in Småland. The kitchen machine is particularly robustly crafted. Each machine undergoes individual testing before leaving the factory.

- The first food processor produced in Sweden, the Ankarsrum Assistant Original was first launched in 1940. Over the years, the machine has been equipped with a more powerful motor, infinitely variable speed control and overload protection, which have contributed to increased performance and improved safety.

- Nine functions make kitchen work easier. With its 18-piece accessory set, the machine can be used for mixing, blending, kneading and pureeing, as well as grinding, grating, sausage stuffing and straining. The bowl is placed above the motor and the gearbox, so the bowl itself rotates, instead of the attachment (for example, a stirring rod), as is common in other food processors.
