What does WOO® Fast Endurance consist of?
WOO® Fast Endurance is a mix of long-chain carbohydrates from high molecular weight corn starch and short-chain carbohydrates such as maltodextrin, glucose and sucrose. Corn starch is one of the high molecular weight carbohydrates. When combined with water, it produces a solution that has a low osmolality despite being hypertonic. Osmolality indicates how water and other substances can penetrate through the cell membrane into the cell interior. The lower the osmolality, the easier and faster the transport through the cell membrane.
