Compact size
The Performance Compact coffee maker is designed to fit on any kitchen countertop and measures only 20 x 22 cm. This means that the funnel fits perfectly in a smaller student kitchen, in a holiday home, for those who want more counter space or for those who want a smaller coffee machine.

Unique pump technology
Fresh water is one of the most important ingredients for good coffee. Thanks to Wilfa's unique water pump technology, Performance Compact completely empties the machine of water with every brew and you can brew the next pot with fresh water.

This is in contrast to other brewers where water remains in the system after brewing is complete, which in turn affects the coffee taste of the next brew.

Removable water tank
The practical, removable 1-liter water tank makes refilling water easy and spill-free, while the water you use stays clean at all times.

It can be tempting to fill the coffee pot with water. However, it brings with it coffee residue that could give the new coffee you want to make an unpleasant taste. Over time, using the coffee pot to fill with water will cause the coffee maker to become flavored with old coffee flavor. This is because fats from the coffee remain in the pot and these microscopic coffee residues are transferred even further when you use the pot to fill with water.

Perfect brewing temperature
The Performance Compact has an advanced brewing system that delivers water at the optimum extraction temperature throughout the brewing process. It has a brewing temperature of 92-96 degrees from the first to the last drop, resulting in an unforgettable taste experience.

The right coffee to water ratio
Use the measuring instructions on the water tank to get the optimum coffee to water ratio every time you brew.

Automatic drip stops
The Performance Compact coffee maker has an automatic drip stop to help you avoid spills. Automatic drip stop means that there is a mechanism that prevents coffee from dripping when the bottle of freshly brewed coffee is removed.

Hotplate with auto-stop
The brewer has a hotplate that keeps the coffee warm after brewing. For safety reasons, it switches off automatically after 40 minutes.

We recommend brewing coffee several times instead of storing it for a long time in order to drink coffee with the best possible taste.

Unique spreading head
All the great aromas of the coffee are fully exploited with the unique spreading head, which distributes the water evenly in the coffee during brewing.

Cleaning indicator
The start button also serves as an indicator when the funnel should be cleaned. Then the start button shows a pulsating light and you should clean the funnel.

Approved by Norwegian Coffee Information
The performance is approved by the Norwegian Coffee Information / European Coffee Brewing Center (ECBC), which sets requirements for water temperature and contact time with the water, among other things. To get the maximum flavor and aroma out of your coffee, it is important that the coffee machine operates at the correct water temperature from the start and throughout the brewing time. At the same time, it is important that the water does not take too short or too long to flow through the coffee powder. The slightest deviation can result in either sour or bitter coffee.
