Backpack or pannier? Both! The Cycle 28 is the ideal companion for commuters who want the bag to sit securely on the bike while riding, but then want to carry it as a backpack on the train, bus or at university. The bag is attached to the carrier using the lockable QMR hooks (e.g. Abus 145/20, not included) and can be converted into a rucksack in no time at all. To do this, the two vertical zippers are opened and the entire fastening system is stowed in a compartment closed with Velcro. The conversion function is explained in just a few steps on a sewn-in, easily removable label. The clever backpack-bike bag combination offers even more. Compared to its smaller brother, the Cycle 20, the main compartment is significantly larger and can hold A4 documents, a water bottle, a snack and a change of clothes. A separate, zippered, padded compartment accommodates laptops up to 15.6? A compartment extending across the entire front opens diagonally and offers a mesh organizer for cell phone, keys and wallet. There is also a flat mesh pocket on this compartment for quickly stowing magazines or wet clothing. Two side compression straps, a helmet holder and reflective elements integrated into the design round off the comfort features. The main material of the Cycle 20 is made from 50 % recycled polyester, while the contrast material is 100 % recycled. Our quick-change artist has a PFC-free EcoFinish water-repellent finish.
