With the raclette device Evolène by TTM you can directly heat two pieces of cheese. The raclette oven has two cheese holders, which are freely swiveling and can also be tilted. The two integrated heating elements each have a power of 1000 W and can be adjusted independently of each other. Also, a single-oven operation is possible. This gives you the greatest possible flexibility.

The heating elements are controlled by the two on / off switches. The holders are easy to adjust and are suitable for round and square cheese. The non-stick coating makes it easy to clean the brackets after use.
