The TOGU seatball ABS is an air-filled and space-safe therapy and training ball with ABS anti-burst system. The material Crylon is odorless and very resistant (up to 500 kg / with guaranteed space safety in the case of damage to the outer skin up to 120 kg). The product is latex-free and contains no forbidden emollients (according to EU Directive 2005/84 / EC).

The seatball strengthens your abdominal, back and trunk musculature by safe, effective and dynamic back and stability training. In addition, the ball can be used to avoid or alleviate back pain by sitting upright and moving. Furthermore, it provides for improved coordination and a better balance.
