Tamiya Chassis TT-02 Type S kit

The TT-02 Type S is a special sport variant of the popular TT-02 4WD chassis. It has the suspension from the Tamiya TA-05 racing chassis and many other additional parts that enable optimal tuning of the model. The chassis is therefore perfect for drivers who want to gain their first experience in competitions.

A brushed motor convinces above all with its simple construction and the resulting ease of maintenance. In addition, the brushed motor is significantly cheaper to buy than the brushless motor. Due to the friction of the brushes, however, wear is high, which means that the service life and speed are limited.

On-road models are designed for use on paved surfaces. The low ground clearance ensures driving stability and thus enables high speeds. On-road models are rather unsuitable for off-road use. An exception is, for example, a rally vehicle, which can often be used on the road and off-road.

A touring car is a modified series production passenger car used in motorsport races. Approved vehicles are notchback and hatchback sedans that have four doors and are equipped with the necessary safety devices. Depending on the racing class, 2-door vehicles are also permitted in some cases.

They have basic knowledge and have the necessary experience and suitable tools to wire their model correctly and to put it into operation safely if necessary.
