Ponal Express wood glue - waterproof wood glue for fast gluing Ponal wood glue is the perfect choice for fast woodwork! The wood glue is not only waterproof, but also impresses with a very short setting time of approx. 5 minutes. It also has a high bonding strength and the wood glue is ready to use. The white glue is suitable for assembly, joint and surface gluing as well as for veneer and plastic edge gluing. The solvent-free adhesive can also be used for wood craft work. Thanks to the practical glue bottle, application is extremely easy and with a reclosable tip, the wood glue can not only be dosed precisely, but also used frequently. Rinse with cold water immediately after use. Remaining glue crusts or dried glue residues can be removed immediately after use by soaking in cold water for several days. Application: 1. do not use Express Wood Glue below 7 degrees (white point). The open time is max. 10 minutes at a room temperature of 20 degrees. 2. apply the wood glue to one side using a brush, plastic glue comb (Ponal comb), hand glue roller or glue application machine. For hardwoods such as beech or oak, apply the wood glue to both sides. Caution: Do not bring Ponal Express into contact with ferrous tools (risk of discoloration). 3. pressing can be carried out cold or warm and with the usual tools, devices or presses. For simple gluing at 20°C with screw clamps, the first strength is achieved after just 5 minutes. The pressing times and temperatures are noted in the technical data sheet. 4 The heat-sealing process can be used if the wood glue has been applied to both sides. At a temperature of 70°C to 80°C, the dried Ponal film can be softened again and made to set.
