Dust and paper debris will accumulate in the shredder over time and should be removed regularly. For the optimal care and cleaning of your shredder, the HP document shredder oil in the practical 400 ml dosing bottle is ideally suited. The special oil is optimally matched to the HP shredders and is also environmentally friendly: since it is a vegetable lubricant, no harmful substances are released into the environment through the cleaning process via the paper waste. The intervals at which you should clean your shredder depend on how often it is used, but it is advisable to clean it at the latest when you notice that the shredder is working more slowly or more noisily than usual.
