The Eldat RT42 hand-held transmitter is a universal radio transmitter. It can be used with any Easywave receiver and in any available operating mode. It is very robust and durable thanks to the high-quality chrome-plated metal bracket. The transmitter is used, for example, to control roller shutters or to switch electrical loads in general. If a battery change is necessary, this is clearly indicated by an LED.

The hand-held transmitter works with a rolling code method. The coding in a rolling code procedure is highly secure. The signal varies according to a specific rule (algorithm). The range is approx. 150 m and can even be operated from inside the vehicle. In bad weather, such as rain or snow, the range can be impaired. Concrete, walls or trees can also limit the range of a hand-held transmitter.
