Application Area

Compared to the main type NFP, GFP cartridges have 55% more activated carbon mass. The activated carbon mass determines the adsorptive retention rate (ARR) and retention capacity (ARK). Therefore, use is recommended for

high adsorption requirements (decolorization, odor removal,...)

Description

GFP cartridges consist solely of activated carbon in the filter block. When you purchase, you receive 2 flat seals, each 4mm thick, for the top and bottom (as with the NFP). GFP cartridges fit in all devices where NFP is used.

Performance

The filter cartridge must be replaced after 6 months (according to DIN 1988). In principle, up to 10,000 liters of water may be filtered within the 6 months. However, an earlier replacement may be necessary if the water flow is noticeably reduced. An early replacement is not a defect of the filter used, but an indication of increased occurrence of fine particles in the unfiltered water.

Usage Instructions

• Use only with cold water, protect from frost
• Observe the use of the 8mm flat seal on the bottom cover side
