The filter medium also binds heavy metal ions such as lead and copper and reduces cloudiness, organic and taste-disruptive impurities as well as chlorine residues in the filtrate and even in the blended water. Typical areas of application for the PURITY C filter cartridges are coffee and espresso machines, hot and cold drinks machines as well as combi steamers and ovens.
