1. Basics
Except of a special written commitment for one particular case , following conditions are valid f or every purchase of our goods as well as for services offered by Buchmann Direct Electronics . These terms and conditions are concidered as accepted on receipt of our order-confirmation / invoice or on receipt of the goods or service .

2. Contract of purchase
By ordering Online or by phone and through a payment in advance for defined products, there is automatically a contract of purchase between the client and Buchmann Direct Electronics. Buchmann Direct Electronics however can cancel the contract within 7 days without announcing the reason for it. In case of payment in advance the whole amount already payed will be refound immediately.

3. Range of products
All informations about the products are without any obligation. That means, especially changes in design and technics, which cause a better function of the goods, as well as errors in descriptions, pictures of products or pricing.

4. Prices and conditions of payment
All prices are in Swiss Francs and for 1 piece, pair or set including tax. Delivery of the goods without installation, installation on demand extra. (?) The order is handled, saved and used only for internal purposes. We assure a correct and descret handling of all personal data according to the valid law for dataprotection.

5. Terms of delivery
The products you order, may be sent either to a swiss or a foreign address. The products will be delivered by Buchmann Direct Electronics, by post, freight Cargo Domicil or a transportation company, as well as by others. Generally orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 days after the contract data, if the products orderes are om stock either at Buchmann Direct Electronics or at the Main Representant (?) Otherwise, if not on stock, a written confirmation / invoice will be sent announcing the estimate delivery data.

6. Installation
We do install and place the ordered items – on agreement - in Kt. Zürich and surroundings against adequate installation-charge. Otherwise there are no installation fees included in our prices.

7. The right to keep the product until fully paid
In case of delivery on invoice, to be paid within 10 days netto, the delivered products remain belonging to Buchmann Direct Electronics, as long as they are not fully paid by the customer. Buchmann Direct Electronics is entitled to make such a written remark in the ?? Eigentumvorbehaltsregister?? If the customer takes too long to pay the invoice of his order, Buchmann Direct Electronics has the right to cancel the contract by a written declaration as well as to take back the products already delivered being their owner.

8. Guarantee
The guarantee-data is defined in the product-descriptions in Buchmann-Direct Electronics’ Online-shop. The guarantee starts with the purchase date. The terms of guarantee are defined in general by the manufactors of the products. The guarantee is invalid, in case of non competent manipulation or reparation of the products. As far as aloowed by the law, there is no replacement in such a case. Buchmann Direct Electronics is definitely not responsible for any damages caused by non-competent handling by the customer or as a result of a normal usage for a long time, or damages of other than the ordered products, caused by a damage of the products. Für Smartcards (PayTV) jeglicher Art und deren Funktionsweise übernehmen wir grundsätzlich keine Garantie oder Haftung. Eine Rücknahme von Smartcards ist ebenfalls ausgeschlossen.
At run time of warranty the client may claim the reparation of the device by the sole agency. The client should inform BDE so one can decide either to have BDE sent the device to the sole agency or do so directly. The client may not claim a new device or the refund of the sales pice. We guarantee a professional and fast raparation.

9. Copyright
Buchmann Direct Elektronics has the copyright on each design, text and grafics on his homepage, especially ??? the right of the owner and origin. ???? Before copying any of those, a written permission of Buchmann Direct Electronics in Wallisellen has to be asked for!

10. Data security
Buchmann Direct Electronics assures the appropriate usage of any customer-data known by on order. They will only be used for internal processes within the order procedure. We assure a descrete handling of all personal data according to the data-security-law as well as the usus. ????

11. Place of Justice and practicable right
These terms and conditions and the contracts based on them depend on the Swiss law. Only place of justice is Zurich or another place of justice upon choice of Buchmann Direct Electronics.

12. Final Conditions
If one or more conditions of this terms and conditions are not or partly not valid or loose their validity later, the other conditions of this terms and conditions remain valid.
